Gratitude, it's good for your health!
It is November, so this just seemed appropriate. They say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, well perhaps gratitude and positivity can keep you healthier. I often speak of the 3T's and how they impact your health...Thoughts,Traumas and Toxins. Is the glass half full or half empty? You choose your perception. Your perceptions shape your reality. Good thing is that unlike the gratitude picture, your negative perceptions aren't set in stone. You are free to choose gratitude at any point. Not only is a positive person more enjoyable to be around, being positive and grateful for all that you have is beneficial for your own health.
